Dried Blueberries
As you can use raisins, dried blueberries can be eaten as an aperitif, in venaison or quail backing. Blueberries under this form are wonderful! More over the dry fruit preserves quite well the taste of the fresh one.

Blueberries in Light Sirup or
Natural bluberries
To fruit salad or pie, to coock saltedor sweet theses old preserves recipes is a wonder.

Blueberry Sauce
A darken fruit quite ripe, a puree with a velvet-like texture, a little bit of cane-sugar to fix the flavour, this is how to have all the taste of the fruit to puton an ice-cream or as an accompanment with a fromage frais.

Blueberry Fire
Maceration of blueberries in an honey vinegar with honey and Guérande salt, with pimento and other spices. This condiment is ideal with livers gizzards salads,rice and fishes, and cheeses

Blueberries in White Wine
In the NorthEast of our area, farmers grow the grey wine of Chateaumeillant. This wine surrounds the acidity of the blueberry for the pleasure of the taste buds. Served cool, this dessert softly alcoholized (8% vol) and not too sweet will astonished you...

Blueberries in Eau de Vie
The berries are swelled with a spirit which is lightly sweet. They are still quite tough. It is a great pleasure to taste them with biscuits and constitute a top-of-the-range liquor to end a meal.

Nectar, wine and Spirits

§ Nectar of Blueberries
Limpid and fresh, you can drink it without moderation like an orange juice. Be careful : it spots!
Preservation : 12 months

§ Perle de Myrtilles
This blueberry Wine is coming from our best berries which are ferm ented and it is exactly processed as a french red grape wine from Bordeaux or Burgundy! We are helped and controlled during all the process by an oenologist coming from Sancerre.

§ Farm Liqueur of Blueberry
One can find the taste of the Summer berries in this true liquor "home-made" which is neither too sweet nor too strong (18% vol).

§ Preatty Cream of Blueberry
With more sugar and less alcohol (14 % vol) this cream flavours gorgeously the white wine aperitif (kir).

§ Spirit of Blueberry Eau de vie
This white Eau de vie is made by small quantities -lower efficiency per production- it is the result of a distilation in our own old cupper still.Medal-winner in Paris during the National agriculture show, this spirit is certainly the most marvellous product that we can do! (45 % vol).
